CREATIVE ACTIONS

We are an association which aims to production and promotion of cultural, artistic and environmental activities valuing creative processes and new forms of relationship and coexistence between artists, the community, educators, technicians, entrepreneurs, cultural, social and environmental agents.

We are always looking for connections with creative initiatives that want to make the world a fairer place and in harmony with nature.

Based in a space of conviviality and dialog, we exercise a broader understanding of art, in which art and culture are deeply intertwined with life: it is also an artist who produces the bread, who makes the lunch, who plants, composts, tends the flowers, who harvests, who paints the walls.

We believe that sharing the environment and building affection intensifies and enhances the creation of joint proposals by collectives and artists from Brazil and around the world.

With a dynamic coexistence and care it is possible for different people to get to know each other, often being stimulated by each other's processes.

Meeting of Collective Houses.

We ask ourselves every day impact of our actionsIt's about the way we relate to each other, about caring for the place we're in and for people. We experiment, we change, we do it again and, between mistakes and successes, we find new ways of being and connecting with the world.

If you identify with this whole movement, come and have a coffeeto exchange ideas, take part in a joint effort, get your hands dirty, supporting a project. Schedule a visit or take part in one of the our activities.

We are plural and this is reflected in our program, which has already included courses and presentations in the areas of performing arts, puppetry, circus, dance, music, visual arts, audiovisual, improvisation, oral narration, body arts, literature, poetry, permaculture, agroforestry, body awareness, sound, lighting, video mapping, design, fashion, crafts, technology, electronics, gastronomy, human rights, political actions, cultural production, communication and artivism.

Over the years, more than 50 different theater, circus, dance, music and other language groups have passed through the space, which is not their stage, but their rehearsal house.

Since 2012 we have partnered with the Department of Alternative Sentences and Measures (CPMA) - Barra Funda Criminal Forum, with the Federal Alternative Sentences and Measures Center (CEPEMA) and with the Women's Alternative Sentences and Measures Center - Ipiranga. Since then, we have assisted around 250 beneficiaries, who have collaborated with the development of the association and the restoration of the physical space.
