Aarón Hernández Farfán is a Mexican actor and director.

He studied acting at the Núcleo de Estudios Teatrales (1992-1994) and History at UNAM (2005-2009). He trained as a director working as an assistant to Carlos Corona, José Antonio Cordero, Antonio Castro, Francisco Franco, Rafael Perrín and Rodrigo Johnson.

Selected for Fonca's Fomento y Coinversiones program in 2011 with the project "Voces Perpetuas".

In 2016 he was selected to represent Mexico at the International Forum on Culture Management and Culture Policy in Munich, Germany. In 2017 he returned to Munich to carry out an artistic residency around the work "El espíritu de la tierra, una tragedia monstruo" by Frank Wedekind.

He has collaborated as an advisor and teacher for the school theater programs of the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA) and the Metropolitan Autonomous University, Cuajimalpa campus (UAM-Cuajimalpa), as well as in pedagogical development projects for the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP). He is co-author of the document "Las artes y su enseñanza en la educación básica" published by the SEP in 2001.
