Come work with ceramics!
The ceramics course is ongoing and proposes the practical exploration of ceramic making as a field of investigation. Under the guidance of artist Nadira Yanez, participants are invited to develop their own research, creating original pieces based on their interests and desires, whether sculptural or utilitarian.
• Group I — Tuesdays, from 3 PM to 5 PM (4x per month)
• Class II — Tuesdays, 7 PM to 9 PM (4x per month)
• Group III — Thursdays, 3 PM to 5 PM (4x per month)
Class IV — Thursdays, 7 PM to 9 PM (twice a month)
The classes take place in the artist's studio, located at Condô Cultural.
What's included:
• Clay and basic tools
• Use of the studio and equipment (such as the plating machine)
• Low and high-temperature burns
Enamels and additional materials will be acquired by the students as guided by the artist.
Objective:
Accompany each participant in the development of work aligned with their individual interests and processes.
No prior experience is necessary.
