Drawing and Watercolor Course Taught by Gabriela Sacchetto
During the course, participants will be encouraged to develop their skills and individual expression and will be invited to look at the Condô's landscape, objects, people, surroundings and garden and try out a series of practical exercises in observation drawing and watercolor. We will discuss different approaches to drawing and experiment, according to each participant's needs, with the various materials that can be used in their practice. In addition, the course aims to create a space for dialogue, where participants will be able to share their productions during the classes.

Start and end dates: April 4 to June 27 (with continuation in the second semester)
Time: from 4pm to 6pm

Gabriela Sacchetto
Gabriela Sacchetto is a visual artist and educator who has been working in a studio in Condô since 2016.
She has a master's degree in visual poetics from ECA-USP. He develops his artistic work mainly in the fields of painting, drawing and engraving. Observational drawing plays an important role in the construction process of her works, which have the landscape as the trigger for the artistic process. She was nominated for the PIPA Award 2021 and has taken part in several exhibitions, including: "Do tamanho da respiração", at Galeria FASAM, in Belo Horizonte; "Triangular - arte deste século", at Casa Niemeyer in Brasília; "Scapeland: Território de Trânsito Livre", at the Memorial da América Latina in São Paulo; "Barrer todo con agua", at the gallery of the Instituto Superior de Artes in Havana, Cuba; "38o Salão de Arte de Ribeirão Preto", at the Museu de Arte de Ribeirão Preto, where she won the acquisition prize.
