Questions and answers

An association is made up of a group of people with a common goal, which defends a cause and carries out actions to fulfill its objectives. All income from activities must go towards fulfilling its statutory objectives, whether by funding the action, remunerating the team, investing in projects or in a specific cause.
A natural or legal person who identifies with the association's objectives: production and promotion of culture, the arts and the environment, with an emphasis on creative processes and coexistence between artists, the community, educators, technicians, entrepreneurs, cultural, social and environmental agents. It is important that the member is available to socialize and participate in the activities developed by the association.
The larger the network, the greater the association's representative strength, because together we are always stronger. Legal entity donations via the OSCIP Law

As we have been qualified as an OSCIP since 2010 (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest), we have the possibility of a tax incentive for Legal Entities, through the donation of up to 2% of Operating Profit. The donation is considered an operating expense and is therefore deducted directly from the basis for calculating real profit and the Social Contribution on Profit.

The value of the donations is defined in art. 59 of Provisional Measure 2.158-35, of 24/08/2005.

Space rental

Our space is scenographic! Diverse environments with magical corners and natural light for photo shoots, audiovisual recordings, immersions and workshops.

We occupy 100% of the premises, but there is still a lot to be done before the full potential of the house can be made available to people and activities. We are constantly maintaining and restoring our facilities and rentals are our basic form of sustainability for the continuity and existence of the space.

Check out the rental spaces and check our prices.
