Paola Toya

Graduated in Gastronomy in 2014, she has worked in several restaurants, with renowned chefs of haute cuisine. At Condô since January 2022, in partnership with her project partner, Tábata, she manages and participates in the operation of everything that involves Venda Escondida. The sale is located in the Condô, open to the public every Sunday from 9am to 2pm, with Caipira coffee and handmade products from neighbors and partners. It plans to hold various gastronomic and cultural events and partnerships in the Condô over the next few years.
