He was Secretary General of GIFE - Group of Institutes, Foundations and Enterprises between 2013 and 2017. He holds a master's degree in international relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of S\u00e3o Paulo and was a professor of international relations at Faculdade Santa Marcelina between 2007 and 2011.
