Forest Bath<\/h1>\n

with Aterra<\/p>\n

The proposal is to facilitate two Forest Bath sessions in the Cond\u00f4 vegetable garden. The Shrin Yoku, forest bath, is a technique created in Japan and clinically tested to produce healing effects on the nervous, endocrine and blood systems. It's a closed facilitation system with sensory portals, restoring our sensory capacities that are commonly dulled by urban, fast-paced life. Linked perception exercises that lead to a regulation of our body.<\/p>\n
