The warm-up consists of breathing, alignment and mobility exercises that facilitate improvisational dance and choreographic sequences, with references to contemporary, African and Brazilian dances.<\/p>\n<p>Proposals will be presented that blend the foundations of the artist and researcher's studies. All the work is dedicated to investigating the links between terreiro dances and the methodological paths of somatic education, with the development of research that establishes connections between the dances of the orix\u00e1s - their steps and symbologies - and dance exercises aimed at raising body awareness, stimulating listening to the body, the aesthetic principles of movement and improvisation.
