Bia Tadema is an educator, researcher and director of Escola Schumacher Brasil. She has a Master's degree in Economics for Transition from Schumacher College in England, where she also worked as a facilitator on the Holistic Sciences Master's degree. She develops pedagogical practices that cultivate presence, sensitivity and responsibility in relationships.<\/p>\n

Since 2019, she has been part of the Schumacher Worldwide Research in Action Community, where she became a fellow in 2025. Her research \u2018Walking in dangerous territories\u2019 investigates the educational potential of crossing socially dangerous situations - moments of tension, discomfort or rupture - as ways to reveal power structures, invisible privileges and the inherited silences that sustain inequalities.<\/p>\n
