In this episode we talked to an amazing chef and cook, Roberta Sudbrack, about less is more! In addition, we will also hear the songs of the band Bixiga 70, Barbatuques and Cumbia Calavera, all artists in the neighborhood!

Roberta Sudbrack is a chef and owns several restaurants. Her background is completely self-taught. The sense of Brazilianness in her recipes reveals an authorial and creative work. She headed the kitchen of the Palácio da Alvorada for seven years, the official residence of the President of the Republic, under President Fernando Henrique Cardoso. She was the first chef in the history of the Palace’s almost fifty years. In 2015 she was elected the best female chef in Latin America.
