Multiplatform food journalist for over 15 years. She is the creator of the podcast, website and YouTube channel Vai Se Food, where she deals with food from behind the scenes of production (investigative reporting) to the restaurant table (criticism). She lectures on the sustainability - or lack thereof - of food production methods. Judge on the reality show Top Chef Brasil.
