Denilson Baniwa is a Brazilian artist, curator, designer, illustrator, communicator and indigenous rights activist. He is known as one of today's most important contemporary artists for breaking paradigms and opening up paths for indigenous protagonism in the national territory. He is indigenous to the Baniwa people.
