In each episode, Tábata Arjona creates a recipe with an ingredient picked directly from the Garden of Delights. She aims to inspire people to have their own vegetable garden at home and produce tasty and creative food with the plants in their backyard. It will also introduce concepts such as permaculture, agroforestry, sustainability, anti-waste and organic food!
