The last module of the year of the Drawing Course is about to begin. Condô with @gabriela.sacchetto e @marciacymbalista!

 

 

 

The course presents a variety of proposals covering live model drawing, material construction and other topics linked to the practice of drawing.

 

 

 

 

We provide basic materials, but we encourage each participant to bring their own.

From November 11th to December 2nd

Gabriela Sacchetto

A visual artist and educator, she has been working in a studio in Condô since 2016.
She has a master's degree in visual poetics from ECA-USP. He develops his artistic work mainly in the fields of painting, drawing and engraving. Observational drawing plays an important role in the construction process of her works, which have the landscape as the trigger for the artistic process. She was nominated for the PIPA Award 2021 and has taken part in several exhibitions, including: "Do tamanho da respiração", at Galeria FASAM, in Belo Horizonte; "Triangular - arte deste século", at Casa Niemeyer in Brasília; "Scapeland: Território de Trânsito Livre", at the Memorial da América Latina in São Paulo; "Barrer todo con agua", at the gallery of the Instituto Superior de Artes in Havana, Cuba; "38o Salão de Arte de Ribeirão Preto", at the Museu de Arte de Ribeirão Preto, where she won the acquisition prize.

Marcia Cymbalista

He was born in São Paulo in 1972. He holds a master's degree in Visual Arts from ECA-USP and in Free Graphic Arts from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. She completed her bachelor's and licentiate's degrees in Art Education at UNICAMP. She is a member of the Routes of Drawing study group at ECA-USP.
She teaches drawing and painting. She has worked in universities, schools and free courses at various institutions, such as Faculdade Santa Marcelina, ECA-USP extension courses, SESC workshops and Condô Cultural, among others.
As an artist, she works in drawing, engraving and painting on the poetics of time and space. She was part of the women's artists' group Goma and the Jatobá Association.
