The Open House is a big open-door meeting to share our corners and our work with the public. A day to walk around Condô and discover the different worlds behind the doors and walls. Small big universes of the studios and creative actions of the people who are part of the Condô Cultural network.

Condô Drawing Workshop - Live Model and other Practices

The course presents a variety of proposals covering live model drawing, material construction and other topics linked to the practice of drawing.

With artistic-pedagogical direction by maria thaís, the Acting Laboratory: two perspectives is made up of two modules: The Life of the Human Spirit - based on C. Stanislavski and The Musculature of the Imagination - based on V. Meierhold.

Live Model

For people interested in live model drawing, we are proposing a series of meetings in which we will discuss four topics related to this practice.
The classes are divided into three parts: theoretical exposition, model drawing and conversation about the production.

For people interested in live model drawing, we are proposing a series of meetings in which we will discuss four topics related to this practice. 
By observing the human body, participants will be invited to reflect on some aspects of graphic language.

Contact improvisation and TaiChiChuan

The proposal is to recognize some common points between these two body practices, TaiChiChuan and contact improvisation. What matters is researching body movement and training listening skills for improvisation.

Healthy Body Practice

Classes to connect with your own body and restore energy through movement, based on different breathing techniques, joint mobility, stretching and body awareness.

Drawing in the Garden: Spaces

Drawing meetings on Sunday afternoons in March 2024.
The lessons will focus on the theme of "space". We invite participants to take a walk, observe the garden of delights and take part in some drawing proposals.

Ateliê da Cena

An independent project that promotes theater classes dedicated to children and young people. The classes are based on experimenting with theatrical poetics, practiced through games, improvisations, character building and collective creations.

Theater is Movement

Theater is movement - A project of theater classes for teenagers aged 14 to 17 that takes place every Monday at Condô Cultural.

Retelling stories with drawings

Taught by Itamar Dutra, the workshop aims to stimulate creativity and the exchange of ideas in groups through the reconstruction of classic stories and their characters.

Creating Paper Animals

Taught by Itamar Dutra, the workshop aims to stimulate creativity through cutting and pasting.

Creating brushes and paints from natural pigments

Taught by Itamar Dutra, this workshop offers a space to create/experiment with handmade brushes and handmade paints with pigments from natural sources.

Naturally Fermented Bread Workshop

Taught by Tábata Arjona, the workshop proposes that each person makes their own bread with natural yeast and a hand in the dough. The idea is to encourage autonomy and the accessibility of having natural bread.

Vegetable Fermentation

In this workshop taught by Vitor Barão and Carolina Coronato, participants will be invited to take an investigative look at plants from a studio and create their own compositions of colors, aromas and flavors in lacto-fermentation processes.

Contemporary dance/ Free dance

In this workshop, Rita Cavassana proposes a space for participants to develop self-care through dance and enjoy bodily well-being through meditation, stretching, somatic education and improvisation based on the language of contemporary dance.

Woodcut Workshop

The woodcut workshop taught by Cleiri Cardoso is intended as an initiation for those interested in drawing and engraving.

Dry Point Workshop

Taught by Cleiri Cardoso, in this workshop participants will create calcographic matrices using materials such as cardboard packaging and plastic surfaces.

Manual Arts Meetings

Taught by Gabriela Sacchetto, participants will be invited to teach each other their craft skills and techniques.

Drawing and Watercolor Course

Taught by Gabriela Sacchetto, participants will be encouraged to develop their skills and individual expression and will be invited to look at the Condô's landscape, objects, people, surroundings and garden and try out a series of practical exercises in observation drawing and watercolor.

Garden of Delights

Condô Cultural's Edible Garden is an environment of connection with the organic cycles of the earth, with the seasons, with the neighborhood and with the people who frequent the space where we grow a variety of organic foods.

Vila Anglo Compound

Condô's community composting point has been operating since April 2021 and has already turned tons of organic waste into compost. We receive organic waste every Sunday from 11am to 2pm.

Herbarium

Here we share information and curiosities about the plants in our garden, especially the medicinal, aromatic and PANC (Non-Conventional Food Plants).   

Indigenous Art

Our aim is to support the struggle of indigenous peoples by setting up a fixed point of sale for the creations of indigenous artists, craftspeople and artisans from different ethnic groups in Brazil in the city of São Paulo. 

Unthinkable Future

Ecocultural Condô. Practical attitudes for dealing with the imminent climate collapse. Using artistic and artivist tools to work with permaculture, agroforestry and composting. 

RadioTV Mundo Novo

A communication platform for art and culture focused on the use of free and secure technologies. It was born in the context of the 2020 pandemic, a challenge, an old idea put out into the world on the 10th anniversary of Condô Cultural.

Open Kitchen

The project "OPEN KITCHEN" is based on the idea of an exchange of so-called "sensitive knowledge". We started these online exchanges between São Paulo and Stuttgart, as part of and in preparation for the City of women in 2023.
