Cauê Maia is a poet and artist, with a PhD in Visual Arts from USP, a master's degree in literature and a degree in political science from UnB. He is one of the creators of Coletivo Transverso, which since 2011 has been carrying out poetic interventions in public spaces using techniques such as stencil, lick-lambe, light projection, guerrilla gardening and performance. He works with art education and develops research into the resources and limits of translating urban intervention into an artist's book.
