In this episode we talk to Elaine de Azevedo about food chains, modes of food production, vegetarianism, veganism, choices and desires. We'll also hear more music from artists from the neighborhood!
Elaine de Azevedo is a nutritionist with a master's degree in Agroecosystems, a doctorate in Political Sociology and a post-doctorate in Public Health. She is currently a professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo, researching the Sociology of Food, Health and the Environment. She is the author of the book Organic Food and the podcast Panela de Impressão.
