Jonaya de Castro

Graduated in Social Communication with a specialization in Journalism - 1998/2001, PUC SP and Postgraduate in cultural management / specialization Cultural Management in Cultural Capitals of the European Union - Santander Foundation - Spain 2010/2011. Manager of cultural projects and research, with extensive experience in public cultural policies, activism and participatory processes. Member of the Unesco Chair of Culture and Development 2008 in Girona, Spain, presentation of CEU projects, representing Brazil. Culture coordinator at CEUs Navegantes and Três Lagos for 8 years, Vocational Program for 3 years. Member of the Digital Culture House and co-idealizer of the Hacker Bus. General coordinator of the collaborative publications Cine Art Palácio "Aberto para Reforma", "Mapa de Público", both from the Municipal Department of Culture. Co-author of the cultural production publication "Inspirador" from 2014 to 2022 for the Goethe Institut Brasil. Co-author of the publication "Matchfunding, Captação Criativa", by Proac-SP and the webseries Cyberquilombo, SMCSP. Professor of communication and network culture on the cultural management course at Itaú Cultural and advisor to the Adesampa/British Council SP Creative Economy Nesta Course. From 2020 to 2021 she was Culture Manager at Ibirapuera Park, under concession from Urbia Parques, 2020/21. Author of several articles, including "Reorganization is up for discussion", in magazine 22 of the Itaú Cultural Observatory and the "Chaos Management" lecture cycle at several SESCs. She is the coordinator of the Megaphone project and Baile na Terra, 2022. She is an eternal collaborator with Condô Cultural.
